Highlights from the Norwalk Touch-A-Truck Event

The Norwalk Parking Authority had a fantastic time attending the Norwalk Department of Public Works’ Touch-A-Truck event this past weekend! This community gathering allowed us to connect with residents, share information about our services, and engage with families in a fun and interactive environment.

Engaging with the Community

Our team was thrilled to meet so many enthusiastic participants. We captured some memorable moments from the event, showcasing our commitment to community engagement. The smiles on the faces of children and parents alike were priceless!

Giveaways and ParkMobile Cards

To make our presence even more exciting, we prepared a variety of giveaways, including ParkMobile cards. These cards are a great way for residents to easily access our parking services through the ParkMobile app, making parking in Norwalk more convenient than ever. 

Customer Support on Site

We also had the opportunity to assist attendees directly. Our team successfully resolved issues for two customers who were experiencing difficulties with their ParkMobile accounts. Providing immediate support exemplifies our dedication to customer service and ensures that everyone can enjoy hassle-free parking.
